Our promise

We want you to be completely satisfied with CruxPrep. If you’re not finding value in Premium within the first 7 days of your subscription, we’ll give you a full refund — no questions asked.

7-day money-back guarantee

  • If you subscribed to a monthly or semi-annual Premium plan and are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.
  • The 7-day window starts from the date of your first payment, not from the date of sign-up or free-tier usage.
  • This guarantee applies to your first subscription purchase only. Renewals are not eligible for the 7-day guarantee.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing page or by emailing us.
  • When you cancel, your Premium access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.
  • We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time after the 7-day guarantee window has passed.

How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@cruxprep.com with the subject line “Refund request”.
  2. Include the email address associated with your CruxPrep account.
  3. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method.

Exceptions

  • Refunds are not available if your account was terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Chargebacks initiated through your bank instead of contacting us first may result in account suspension.
