Our promise
We want you to be completely satisfied with CruxPrep. If you’re not finding value in Premium within the first 7 days of your subscription, we’ll give you a full refund — no questions asked.
7-day money-back guarantee
- If you subscribed to a monthly or semi-annual Premium plan and are not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.
- The 7-day window starts from the date of your first payment, not from the date of sign-up or free-tier usage.
- This guarantee applies to your first subscription purchase only. Renewals are not eligible for the 7-day guarantee.
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing page or by emailing us.
- When you cancel, your Premium access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.
- We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time after the 7-day guarantee window has passed.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@cruxprep.com with the subject line “Refund request”.
- Include the email address associated with your CruxPrep account.
- We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method.
Exceptions
- Refunds are not available if your account was terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Chargebacks initiated through your bank instead of contacting us first may result in account suspension.
